Requirements

• 3+ years proven success in telesales, cold calling preferred
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
• Confident phone presence with solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Generate new business sales through high volume outbound cold calling (100+ calls per day)
• Sell Connections Plus lead generation product and other solutions
• Utilize script to present features, overcome objections, and demonstrate ROI
• Achieve performance goals including call and talk time KPIs
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, performance-driven environment
