🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians
• Oversee scheduling and execution of inert and energetic work
• Perform periodic Safety evaluations
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action Analyses

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Basic familiarity with DoD 4145 and AS9100
• Mechanical aptitude with hand-tools and industrial adhesives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Floor Level Management Experience with Solid Rocket Motors
• Experience in aerospace and defense industries
• 8+ years of direct leadership of 15+ direct reports
