💼 About This Role

You'll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from food procurement to labour scheduling. You'll bridge legacy and next-gen forecasting while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate. This role blends data engineering, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment for a global meal kit leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries for demand data extraction and validation
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python using statistical and ML techniques
• Design dashboards and automated reporting in Tableau or Power BI
• Own generation and validation of daily and weekly demand plans for European markets
• Drive cross-functional alignment in weekly S&OP cycles with logistics and procurement

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency with complex queries, joins, window functions, and CTEs
• Python working knowledge for data manipulation and forecasting
• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Strong grasp of forecasting techniques: bias, MAPE, WMAPE, trend decomposition
