💼 About This Role

You'll support clinical research programs by overseeing wet lab testing for clinical studies. You'll ensure samples are processed and reported in compliance with GCP and CLIA/CAP regulations. This role is based at the San Francisco campus and partners with multiple cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee sample receipt, tracking, processing, testing, and reporting
• Partner with R&D and CLIA lab to implement assay workflows
• Manage specimen lifecycle, reconciliation, and deviation resolution
• Support protocol development, site training, and lab readiness

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in medical research or biopharma
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience with molecular assays
• Working knowledge of GCP and CLIA/CAP regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical trial operations or site management
• Experience in oncology biomarkers or molecular diagnostics
• Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, or LIMS systems
