💼 About This Role

You'll provide psychiatric care in a flexible outpatient setting. Your focus remains on patient care while dedicated teams handle administrative tasks, allowing you to set your own schedule. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and nurse practitioners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
• Set your own scheduled hours and appointment lengths
• Collaborate with therapists, neuropsychologists, and nurse practitioners
• Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice

📋 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain)

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in integrating psychotherapy into practice
• Interest in supervising newly graduated PMHNPs
• Training in TMS or innovative therapies
