💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end program delivery for AI transformation initiatives at Anaplan, governing the portfolio and driving adoption. You'll partner with business leaders to align cross-functional workstreams and build change journeys that translate AI investments into measurable outcomes. This role combines program strategy, change architecture, and delivery leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and operate PMO governance frameworks for milestone tracking and risk management
• Lead structural cost initiatives shifting from fixed-cost to variable cost model
• Design and execute change management strategies for AI adoption
• Develop executive-ready presentations on program progress and key decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, transformation, or change management
• Proven PMO discipline with portfolio governance and reporting
• Track record leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
• Experience partnering with Finance teams on planning and forecasting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI or digital adoption programs
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar platforms
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
