You'll lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of time on management and the rest on development. Your core impact is redesigning how engineering work ships with autonomous agentic workflows. You'll build reusable agentic primitives and operationalize end-to-end workflows to deliver outcomes faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 3-5 backend/frontend engineers.
• Conduct hiring and onboarding for new engineers.
• Provide continuous feedback and career coaching.
• Design and implement agentic/automation workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Experience with React (frontend) or Elixir/Phoenix (backend).
• Track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
