💼 About This Role

You'll own product execution for growth initiatives at Beeper, working directly with leadership to improve user stickiness, conversion, and retention. You'll write your own SQL, build dashboards, and run experiments end-to-end to drive data-informed decisions and product strategy for a fast-growing messaging platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product process for growth: specs, user stories, success criteria, experiment tracking
• Run experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to results
• Build and maintain dashboards for activation, retention, conversion, engagement
• Investigate metric movements and recommend actions

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in product management or growth with product execution ownership
• Strong SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis, funnel queries
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse and dashboard building
• Proven track record of running experiments and differentiating feature shipping from learning

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experiment design
• Experience on messaging, social, or consumer products
• Familiarity with subscription or freemium business models
