💼 About This Role

You'll lead mechanical hardware design of high-performance structural systems for Helion's fusion devices. Your core impact is solving complex problems while growing a high-performing engineering team. This onsite role is located in Everett, WA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and mentor a team of structural and mechanical engineers
• Oversee design of machine architecture and high-performance structural systems
• Drive architectural decisions on neutron shielding and plant design
• Lead design, analysis, and manufacturing process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of structural/mechanical engineering experience
• 3+ years in an engineering management role
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects with schedule accountability
