💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and ROI optimization for Lyft's Ads, Lyft Business, and Marketing lines. You'll drive strategic decisions through advanced analytics and influence C-suite narratives. This role spans three distinct business models in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Ads, Lyft Business, and Marketing.
• Partner with senior business leaders to shape investment cases and ensure financial rigor.
• Own consolidated financial narrative for earnings prep, board materials, and CFO/CEO reviews.
• Drive forecast updates and quarterly business reviews with sophisticated variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• 8+ years in technology companies, preferably marketplace, platform, or advertising.
• Direct experience supporting an advertising or media business.
• Deep experience with growth/performance marketing finance including CAC/LTV frameworks.
