💼 About This Role

You'll join a Chambers-ranked Product Liability and Mass Tort practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. You'll handle all phases of complex litigation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on experience managing sophisticated cases from inception through trial.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare pleadings and manage written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue discovery and dispositive motions
• Communicate with counsel and the court

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Admission to New York Bar
• Experience in product liability or toxic torts
• Proven ability to manage all phases of litigation
