💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers at Secureframe, a leader in cybersecurity compliance. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding while executing technical provisioning and compliance framework mappings. This role balances technical execution, project management, and customer communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers through full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to handoff
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously ensuring milestones are met
• Provision and configure new customer accounts within the platform
• Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and coordinate with support teams

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical support
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to handle both backend technical configuration and customer-facing responsibilities
