💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Sound, Video and Communications department for a Cirque du Soleil resident show in Nuevo Vallarta, managing operations, equipment, and team. You'll ensure artistic integrity and safety during performances and rehearsals. This role offers the chance to work with a world-renowned entertainment brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise all SVC department activities and team
• Operate equipment and systems during shows and rehearsals
• Develop and enforce safety inspection programs
• Plan and oversee assigned projects within budget and timeline

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical show operation experience
• Advanced mastery of digital mixing consoles and show control systems
• Knowledge of video playback and routing systems and intercom (Clear-Com, Riedel)
• Familiarity with network audio protocols (Dante, MADI, AES50) and RF/wireless microphones

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience in personnel management
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools
