You'll work on ArcGIS Hub web services, focusing on in-app and programmatic customer workflows. You'll translate customer requirements into user stories and prioritize the product backlog. This role collaborates closely with engineers and senior product leaders to drive product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer requirements into functional user stories
• Create and maintain performance dashboards for service usage
• Maintain Product Backlog and refine items with team
• Communicate development and release plans to stakeholders
• Publish best practices through tutorials and blog articles

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Agile software development
• Experience with ArcGIS applications or GIS technology
• Experience with web services and APIs including RESTful
• Intermediate project management skills for iterative releases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise-scale developer-focused products
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Hub, Grafana, AWS, Postman, Playwright
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
