You will oversee daily operations at a medical cannabis dispensary, ensuring exceptional patient care, inventory management, and team coordination. Your work directly contributes to improving patient quality of life through the medical cannabidiol landscape in Iowa.

Requirements

• Previous exposure to medical office, sales, customer service, or retail environments
• Educational background in business or medical field advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background check
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with flexible schedule within 9am-9pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational functions with upper management and corporate
• Ensure outstanding customer service and de-escalate escalated patients
• Manage inventory, cash on hand, and deposits
• Train and coach new hires, ensure state licensing compliance
• Maintain security systems and POS operations
