- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients throughout the full lifecycle
- Build relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership
- Develop data-driven success plans aligned with customer objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting
- Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex accounts
- Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
- Solid understanding of digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
