Own the strategy, distribution, programming, growth, and monetization of Selkirk Sport's FAST channel across major CTV/OTT platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive content optimization, ad operations, and performance analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Experience with React, Node.js, Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or ML models

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FAST channel growth strategy
• Manage distribution relationships across FAST platforms
• Build programming schedules aligned with audience insights
• Optimize ad load, fill rate, and yield performance
• Monitor KPIs including MAUs, watch time, and revenue
