You'll serve as the central operational engine of the People team, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle with a security-first approach to data and a customer service mindset. You'll manage HR data, compliance, and internal support systems, treating the employee experience as your personal responsibility. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end onboarding for all new hires
• Manage tracking of HR reviews, probation, performance, career progression
• Own HRIS (Deel) as canonical source of truth, conduct audits
• Generate quarterly reports on headcount, turnover, and time off

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a lean HR function for a small to medium size organization
• High fluency in HRIS, Performance Management and ATS tooling (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Obsessive attention to detail and ability to automate repetitive tasks
• Functional literacy in employment laws in at least one region

• Ability to translate complex policies into simple language
• Track record of identifying friction and proposing fixes
