You'll hunt and close new business across the UK & Ireland for the first fully integrated benefits platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation. This role offers stock options and generous benefits in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities in the UK & Ireland market
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
  • Negotiate deals satisfying both customer and company needs

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of outbound Account Executive experience
  • Minimum 1 year BDR/SDR experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets as an individual contributor
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
