You'll edit short-form video content for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, driving ad performance across our brand portfolio, especially FinanceBuzz. You'll bring innovative ideas to optimize video ads and elevate their tone. This role offers the opportunity to impact millions of consumers and work with a remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for videos.
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC style content as needed.
• Leverage AI to create concepts and new hooks, b-roll, etc.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks, storytelling, and pacing.
• Proven success as an editor for growing social media accounts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, or Claude.
• Analytical skills and basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
• Experience recording own video content.
