💼 About This Role

You'll supervise construction of tenant improvement projects for a real estate and infrastructure owner. You'll ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality. This role offers the chance to manage complex build-outs in a community-focused company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement construction program and job site setup
• Supervise subcontractors and inspect work for quality and safety
• Chair weekly coordination and safety meetings with subcontractors
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedules and track project milestones

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of field experience in construction
• At least 4 years as a Superintendent
• Experience with tenant improvement projects
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software

• Experience with permitting and inspections
