💼 About This Role

You'll scale Kira's AI education platform across Spanish-speaking Latin America, building on existing national deployments. You'll identify highest-potential markets, develop government relationships, and establish Kira as the regional standard in AI education. This role blends strategy, sales, and operations across diverse countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop regional strategy and prioritize markets
• Build relationships with education ministries and government officials
• Own revenue targets and close deals with governments and schools
• Build and manage a distributed regional team

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 10+ years of experience across multiple Latin American markets
• Track record in education, government relations, or technology
• Existing relationships with education ministries or senior government officials

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multilateral organizations (IDB, World Bank)
• Experience with public sector procurement in the region
• Background in EdTech or AI products
