You'll lead brand and campaign development at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and high-impact execution for a fast-growing platform. You'll drive creative direction across integrated campaigns and own major brand moments end-to-end. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative work, shaping how the brand expresses itself across all customer touchpoints.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop brand and campaign platforms from strategic direction to scalable creative ideas.
- Drive activation of the brand across integrated campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
- Own creative projects end-to-end from brief to final delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire internal teams and external agency partners.
- Present concepts and campaign ideas to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years in creative direction, integrated marketing, or brand leadership.
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end brand and campaign platforms with high creative standard.
- Strong project leadership skills managing complex initiatives.
- Deep collaboration skills across strategy, design, copywriting, production, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
