💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale critical components of Sierra's go-to-market engine, driving pipeline generation, sales efficiency, and revenue growth. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and take ownership of high-impact ambiguous problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and implement sales territory and lead routing processes
  • Build pipeline management frameworks for a growing sales org
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance on scalable solutions
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problem areas like RFP response workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in revenue operations or management consulting
  • Experience managing teams
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mentality
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Sheets) and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

✨ Nice to Have

  • SQL experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience
