You'll build and scale Deepgram's strategic technology partner ecosystem from the ground up, driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with partners like Genesys, Databricks, and Snowflake. Your core impact will be owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets while operating with an AI-first mindset to automate and scale partner operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape an AI-native partner motion at the leading Voice AI platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop joint value propositions and account plans for named technology partners
  • Lead sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with revenue motions
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
  • Create scalable enablement programs and joint solutions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, or Enterprise Sales
  • 3โ€“5+ years managing strategic technology partnerships directly
  • Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS)

  • Experience building partnerships from zero or early-stage environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations
