๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and scale Deepgram's strategic technology partner ecosystem from the ground up, driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with partners like Genesys, Databricks, and Snowflake. Your core impact will be owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets while operating with an AI-first mindset to automate and scale partner operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape an AI-native partner motion at the leading Voice AI platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop joint value propositions and account plans for named technology partners
- Lead sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with revenue motions
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
- Create scalable enablement programs and joint solutions
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, or Enterprise Sales
- 3โ5+ years managing strategic technology partnerships directly
- Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS)

- Experience building partnerships from zero or early-stage environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations
