💼 About This Role

You'll join the Programs Services team to apply systems design methods helping public child welfare agencies, states, and communities tackle complex problems. You'll deliver technical assistance, facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration, and translate research into action for measurable improvements for children, youth, and families. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mixed-method discovery (interviews, workshops, journey mapping) to understand root causes.
• Co-create solutions with partners using service blueprinting, prototyping, and iterative testing.
• Deliver technical assistance to state and county agencies on policy translation and implementation.
• Develop tools, guides, and training materials to build local capacity.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in child welfare, human services, or systems design.
• Experience in systems design or service design methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration and build trust-based relationships.

• Experience with product/technology requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms in service delivery.
• Knowledge of FFPSA and kinship support models.
