💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational heartbeat of Cloudscaler, building the operating model for a company that will double in size within a year. You'll own the P&L and translate ambition into execution at pace. This is a genuine mandate to build the operating model for a scaling business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale core processes across finance, HR, compliance, and technology
• Build talent acquisition and HR to sustain 15+ hires per month
• Establish financial backbone with real-time visibility and tight controls
• Implement governance framework including ISO accreditation and risk management

📋 Requirements

• COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent at a fast-growing technology or professional services firm
• Experience navigating start-up to scale-up gear change
• Deep understanding of operational functions to lead and design systems
• Data-driven decision-making with evidence-based infrastructure
