🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status and ADL/IADL performance
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and recommend adaptations
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii
• Willing to travel in assigned territory
• Graduated from an accredited OT curriculum
• 1 year of OT experience preferred
