You'll build and run the full legal function at a Bitcoin mining and compute infrastructure company, leveraging AI tools like Claude for contract review and document assembly. You'll own commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, working directly with the COO and CEO. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including hardware and compute offtake agreements
• Manage corporate governance matters like board resolutions and equity transactions
• Implement AI-powered workflows for contract review and document assembly
• Advise on regulatory compliance for Bitcoin mining and digital assets

📋 Requirements

• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 1+ year of legal industry experience
• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate governance
• Familiarity with AI tools for legal work
