In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, and help connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll be responsible for market penetration, managing referral partnerships, and leading educational meetings. This role offers a chance to make a direct impact on behavioral health access.

Requirements

• Based in Brevard County, FL
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
