You'll lead the transformation of our post-sales experience into an AI-driven engine for our Global Employment Platform™. You'll architect the global customer success strategy to scale revenue growth without linear headcount increases. This role offers the chance to reshape the future of work at a high-growth B2B SaaS leader.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Champion customer as strategic compass for AI-driven innovations
- Define global coverage model leveraging AI and technology
- Own onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, and expansion pipeline
- Lead and mentor a distributed team across AMER, EMEA, APAC
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a change agent in high-growth $500M+ ARR B2B SaaS
- Proven track record implementing Gainsight, ChurnZero, or AI-driven CS platforms
- Demonstrated success driving Net Revenue Retention and lifetime value
- Experience leading diverse teams across multiple time zones and navigating global HR/EOR compliance
✨ Nice to Have
- 2+ years in Employer of Record (EOR) or HR outsourcing industry
- Experience with global expansion industries
