💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple product lines at a human-centered robotics company. Your work will drive safety, commercialization, and mass production of humanoid robots. You'll mentor other program managers and shape the frameworks that enable delivery at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own program execution end to end, setting strategic direction
• Partner with engineering leadership to execute solutions and adapt to priorities
• Define long-range program strategy and create clear paths to success
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders
• Mentor and develop other TPMs, improving program management practices

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management or engineering management experience
• Experience leading complete hardware + software product life cycles from concept to production
• Demonstrated success in New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype to manufacturing
• Expert-level experience coordinating cross-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, AI/ML)

• Experience in robotics
• Master's degree in Engineering
