Description

You will support the Systems Engineering design and development of cutting-edge radar capabilities, including designing and developing advanced radar signal processing algorithms for target detection, tracking, and classification. You will lead the development of new radar capabilities with minimal guidance, optimize algorithms for real-time performance, and work full-time onsite in Hawthorne, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
• 10+ years experience in radar systems
• Deep understanding of radar principles and signal processing techniques
• Strong familiarity with Python or MATLAB
• Expertise in digital signal processing and algorithm development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced radar signal processing algorithms for target detection, tracking, and classification
• Lead development of new radar capabilities with minimal guidance
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance and resource constraints
• Analyze radar data to evaluate system performance and identify improvements
• Plan and lead field tests and data collection activities
