  • Champion Customer Success by promoting product value and driving measurable results.
  • Understand each customer's tech stack and system integrations to optimize platform use.
  • Lead contract renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess outcomes, alignment, and next steps.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology organization
  • Ability to travel 15-25% for customer onsite and industry events
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and process mapping tools
