Description

You will evaluate, plan, and administer comprehensive occupational therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on developing or restoring daily living and work skills. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care and coordinate durable medical equipment for the elderly.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Ability to travel locally in West Liberty, Lima, Bellefontaine, Urbana area
• Current continuing education credits for re-licensure
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and agency information

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluation and ongoing patient assessments per physician orders
• Initiate and update written plan of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy modalities within scope of practice
• Document care provided per regulations and agency policies
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
