You will join Connecteam's Strategic SDR team, operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go To Market strategy. You'll test new growth initiatives, shape lead generation strategies, and provide real-time market insights that directly influence how Connecteam scales. This role combines execution with strategy, requiring experimentation, curiosity, and adaptability to drive company growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment
  • Execution-driven with strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently
  • Proactive, resourceful, able to solve problems creatively

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline
  • Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion
  • Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, sharing best practices across Sales and Marketing
  • Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting activity and meeting targets
