💼 About This Role

You'll manage 125-150 top creators on Whop, ensuring 100% logo retention and driving 120% NRR quarterly. You'll be their main point of contact, advocate, and guide to the Whop ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of 125-150 top creators
• Own Slack Connect channels with sub-5-minute response times
• Conduct kickoff calls and regular strategy check-ins
• Feed creator insights to engineering team

📋 Requirements

• Experience in coaching, courses, agency, or e-commerce space
• Proven ability to manage high-value relationships
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up
• Low ego, high output mindset

• Background as an internet kid (ran a Discord, dropshipping, agency, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise-level account management
