You'll provide one-on-one private duty in-home nursing care for school-aged pediatric clients in Erie County. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver highest-quality care to pediatric clients with various diagnoses
• Perform clinical assessments and nursing care per care plan
• Administer medication, treatment, and therapy
• Provide family education and trach vent management

📋 Requirements

• Active and current license as an LPN or LVN
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Strong assessment and communication skills
