Description

You will perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the property, including common areas, trash removal, pressure washing, and assisting with resident communications. This role supports a clean and welcoming community environment.

Requirements

• No education requirement
• One year of maintenance, repair or HVAC experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleaning and debris pick-up throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, corridors, and sidewalks including pressure washing
• Ensure trash receptacles are well-maintained and free of large items
• Clean common areas: mailroom, pool, fitness, laundry, clubhouse
• Clean grilling stations and water non-irrigated areas
