You'll own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. You'll guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and implement innovative sourcing strategies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from contact to offer acceptance
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for elite technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver talent
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity and candidate satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting for software engineering and product positions
• Creative sourcing techniques for passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
