Description

You will analyze credit requests, make loan servicing decisions for existing clients, and perform essential credit duties with a focus on high-risk asset portfolios. You'll conduct financial analysis and underwriting across various industries, communicate credit decisions, and work with clients and internal teams to support agricultural and rural communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, or related field
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills
• Knowledge of lending policies and credit risk assessment
• Effective communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting on loan requests across various U.S. industries
• Approve, decline, or escalate credit decisions within delegated authority
• Communicate credit decisions and findings through formal narrative write-ups
• Proactively monitor lending portfolio performance and loan classification
• Collaborate with clients and team members to address loan delinquencies and restructuring
