• Own end-to-end HR globally including talent acquisition and HR ops
• Personally lead critical hiring across technical and corporate roles

• Build and operate performance management and feedback frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Strong hands-on background at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
