💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first in-house Legal Counsel for a fast-growing Clean K-Beauty startup, providing pragmatic legal advice across e-commerce, marketing, product, supply chain, and HR. You'll draft and negotiate contracts, manage GDPR compliance, handle IP matters, and support M&A and fundraising. This role offers the chance to shape legal strategy in a dynamic B Corp™ with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide pragmatic legal advice across all business areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (supplier, distribution, influencer, etc.).
• Manage GDPR compliance and coordinate with external counsel.
• Handle IP matters including trademark registrations and enforcement.

📋 Requirements

• Fully qualified German legal degree (Volljurist/in) or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional legal experience.
• Broad commercial law background across contract law, GDPR, and IP.
• Fluent in German and English.
