Description

You will own internal communications for Anthropic's Policy organization, ensuring employees understand how policy developments connect to their work and the company's mission. You'll serve as an embedded communications expert, partnering with leadership to craft clear narratives and manage internal channels.

• Exceptional writing and narrative skills
• Experience in journalism, campaigns, external communications, or government affairs
• 10+ years of experience in fast-changing, complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications strategy for Policy
• Partner with function leaders and executives to communicate priorities and change
• Cultivate and manage channels for disseminating timely information
• Design strategies to boost signal and reduce noise for employees
• Plan and execute internal forums like all-hands
