💼 About This Role

You'll lead test automation strategy and mentor a team of SDETs at OneTrust, shaping the quality of the AI-Ready Governance Platform. You'll design scalable frameworks and collaborate closely with developers to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SDET team
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Mentor junior SDETs and conduct training sessions
• Collaborate on comprehensive test plans and analyze results

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as developer, automation engineer, or SDET
• 8+ years coding in Java with strong OOPs and Core Java
• 4+ years with TDD/BDD tools like Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG
• 4+ years with Selenium or Cypress for GUI automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to AI/ML systems in testing
• Experience analyzing CPU, memory, and database performance
• Ability to design test architectures with Docker or Kubernetes
