You'll lead FFE material planning for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, identifying requirements, sourcing items, and ensuring timely delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify FF&E requirements for competition and non-competition venues.
• Build and maintain a material inventory database with specifications.
• Assist in developing the FF&E procurement schedule and monitor timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate move orders between warehouses and venues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end Material Planning experience.
• Previous Material Planning experience in a major event preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work on tight, immovable timelines with a positive attitude.
