💼 About This Role

You'll lead data model architecture and ETL/ELT pipeline optimization for a multi-terabyte data ecosystem at Preply. You'll shape critical data infrastructure that powers A/B testing and business insights for 100,000+ tutors and learners globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve complex data models for scalability and reliability
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines within a multi-terabyte ecosystem
• Own and enhance BI layer (Looker via LookML) for self-service analytics
• Provide technical leadership on data governance and quality monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep understanding of data governance and scalable self-service analytics
• Fluency in English (C1 level or above)

• Experience scaling data infrastructure in fast-growing startups
• Advanced expertise with DBT, Looker, or Airflow
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud data ecosystems
