Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Flexibility in working hours for global time zones
• Professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist with compilation and review of budgeting and forecast submissions
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports on key metrics
• Analyze variances of actual results to forecasts, budget, and prior periods
• Partner with finance team to support business leaders on financial performance
• Collaborate with FP&A team to drive reporting accuracy and timeliness
