💼 About This Role

You'll own the Manufacturing Quoting Fulfillment platform at Fictiv, building the next-generation operating system for New Product Development. You'll define and launch AI-powered features that dramatically increase accuracy, speed, and efficiency across quoting and supplier orchestration. This role partners with the advanced technology R&D team to turn cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the long-term vision for AI-driven manufacturing intelligence platform.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with AI research and data engineering teams to scale features.
• Deeply understand workflows of engineers, procurement teams, and manufacturing partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
• Proven experience developing AI-enabled products or working with AI/data science teams.
• Expertise in Agile product development, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience managing products that integrate multiple systems (ERP, MES, or supply chain networks).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or complex logistics systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, or LLMs.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes (3D printing, CNC machining, injection molding).
