You'll serve as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics, advising on local labor legislation and executing people strategies. Your core impact will be translating global HR initiatives into country-specific actions and ensuring compliance with local laws. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise managers on local labor laws across DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
• Lead implementation of HR policies and procedures at country level.
• Support employee life-cycle activities like compensation reviews and hiring.
• Monitor HR KPIs, trends, and risks for assigned countries.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws across Southern Europe with expertise in French labor law.
• Progressive HR experience in matrixed or multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English and German.
