You'll serve as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics, advising on local labor legislation and executing people strategies. Your core impact will be translating global HR initiatives into country-specific actions and ensuring compliance with local laws. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across a multinational matrixed environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Advise managers on local labor laws across DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
- Lead implementation of HR policies and procedures at country level.
- Support employee life-cycle activities like compensation reviews and hiring.
- Monitor HR KPIs, trends, and risks for assigned countries.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws across Southern Europe with expertise in French labor law.
- Progressive HR experience in matrixed or multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English and German.

- Master's degree or HR certification.
- Experience in DACH, Benelux, or Nordics countries.
